Skategame development: animation manager ~ Flash’s normal timelines are great for tweening movieclip’s positions and rotations etc, but in order to really mix tweened animation and physics (and other code-controlled motion), I needed something that would animate variables.
Put together this animation manager yesterday - I give it a big string of data (JSON) and it’ll lerp, qerp and blend multiple values between keyframes, toggle flags on and off, do actions on frames and can go into slooooow mooootion without going choppy.
This GIF is an example / test using a few automated params.

Tumbeller tumbeller tumbeller.
For now, this here tumbeller is for things I make that aren't big or aren't done or aren't new.
Mainly I'll be posting drawings and works in progress and bits of audio and animation and 3D and whatnot and so-forth. There will be considerably more whatnot and so-forth than anything from the other categories, so don't forget your wooly jumper and hat.
